These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Luxe Lane Premium website and services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order or open a member account.

2. Account & Membership

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
Memberships (Starter, Insider, VIP) renew automatically each month until canceled.
You can cancel your membership at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or errors in pricing or availability.
Limited Drops are sold in numbered editions and may not be restocked.

4. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on US orders over $75. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including designs, photographs, copy, logos, and code — is owned by Luxe Lane Premium or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and share that content in connection with the Services.
